Paul has lived in the Chobham, Windlesham, Sunningdale area since he was 6 years old. In 1988 he started working for Chancellors Estate Agents where he became the area Manager looking after 6 offices, Ascot, Bagshot, Lightwater, Chobham, Sunningdale and Virginia Water. In 2004 he was asked to open and head up the new Virginia Water office for Knight Frank which has been the highlight of his successful career to date. With his personable approach and exceptional local knowledge Paul has become one of the most respected and well known agents in the area.

Bella is a tenacious and driven estate agent. Having left the colourful music industry in 1999 she turned her attention to property, selling some of the most expensive homes in Prime Central London for Hamptons International and Savills. During this time she moved to Surrey, and in 2016 she joined Paul at Knight Frank in Virginia Water becoming an integral, well-respected and valuable member of a successful team. Very quickly she made her name for herself, not only with Knight Frank but also within Virginia Water, Wentworth, Chobham and Englefield Green. Now she is part owner of her own exciting new property venture.
